Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Cierra is a pediatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience caring exclusively for children—from newborns to teens. Kids are what she knows, what she loves, and what she’s dedicated her entire career to.

Her journey began in 2013 in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she cared for critically ill children during some of their most challenging moments. Following that, her career spanned pediatric surgery, adolescent weight management, community health, and functional health—giving her a well-rounded perspective on both acute illness and the factors that shape children’s long-term wellbeing.

Cierra’s approach is rooted in partnership. She believes parents know their children best, and her role is to listen to your concerns, respect your instincts, and provide you with the evidence-based information and support you need to make informed decisions for your family. She’s passionate about treating the whole child—not just symptoms—and empowering parents with knowledge and tools, not just prescriptions and diagnoses.

As a mom of three herself, Cierra understands the worry, the sleepless nights, and the constant questions that come with raising kids. She brings not only clinical skill but also genuine compassion and understanding to every appointment. Beyond patient care, Cierra is passionate about education and empowerment. She serves as an adjunct clinical instructor where she mentors the next generation of nursing students. She also teaches feeding, nutrition, CPR, and first aid classes to parents and caregivers and provides personalized care to families in the St. Louis area. When she’s not working with families, you’ll usually find her chasing her three kids outdoors, cheering from the sidelines of a soccer game, baking sourdough, enjoying a cozy pizza night at home, or at the CrossFit gym—she’s been a CrossFit athlete for 13 years and enjoys competing! Cierra is excited to partner with you in your child’s health journey and looks forward to supporting your family with the care, respect, and confidence you deserve.
