The passion for helping others has been a vital part of my way of life since I was young. I have always been devoted in trying to help make a difference in other people’s lives by any means possible. I knew by becoming a nurse I could touch the lives of others in many ways. After attending, Maryville University, I graduated with my BSN in 2017. For almost a decade, I have been working as a registered nurse in a high-risk labor and delivery unit. Over those years, I have attended countless births where I have aimed to educate and empower women of all backgrounds. Education has always been a second passion of mine and I instill that into my work every day. I strive to help patients and clients understand that they have a voice in their own healthcare decisions and aim to help them learn how to use that voice. As a doula, I am committed to helping women through their pregnancy journey by education them about their options and empowering them to make their own decisions. I am also owner and operator of Empowered Infusions, a sister company of Empowered Health, that provides IV infusion therapy.

I live in Gerald, Missouri, with my husband, our two children, and beloved pets. I currently serve patients as a birth doula and placenta encapsulator in Franklin, Gasconade, Crawford, Phelps, Jefferson, St. Louis, and St. Charles Counties. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, volunteering at my church, and cooking.
