Passionate about providing individualized care to help patients reach their healthcare goals.

My drive and passion in healthcare was sparked by a series of health events in my young adulthood, which gave me first-hand experience with how frustrating the connection can be between care providers and their patients. I have worked in healthcare throughout my life (inspired by my nurse mother) and been a nurse for over a decade. Starting in 2009, I began working in emergency rooms and as a flight nurse. In 2019, I made the transition into women’s health and felt like I had found my home. Since then, I’ve come to really understand just how big the gaps are in women’s health and am proud to be serving women during the most critical transitions in their lives. As a doula and advocate, I was committed to bridging that gap between patients and their care team, helping patients feel more confident and empowered in their healthcare decisions, and educating them along the way. As a midwife, I am continuing with those goals and strive to provide individualized, patient-centered care to women throughout their lifespan, including during pregnancy.

I live in Union, Missouri, with my High School Sweetheart of over 25 years, our two sons, and our beloved four-legged friends. I offer homebirth services in an approximate 1hr radius from Union and provide other women’s health and pregnancy services to women throughout the state.
